Every year instead of making resolutions I would seek God for a word as a vision. I started 2014 with a sense of anticipation for the year and for some reason the word Hope resonates with me.  I cannot get around to what I am anticipating for but all I know that there is a positive expectation of good things to come.

I know it’s still early into the year and no one knows what the coming months are going to be like. It doesn’t help that we are constantly bombarded with bad news that is happening around the world. Call me little Miss Optimistic but hey, it doesn’t hurt to have a positive outlook on things, and I would rather start having that perspective now than to wait for good things to ensue.

Well as you guess it, hope is the word for me for 2014. Recently I saw a chain necklace and had to get it as it reminded me of a verse that speaks about hope. So here is an inspirational photo.

“This hope is a strong and trustworthy anchor for our souls. It leads us through the curtain into God's inner sanctuary.” – Hebrews 6:19
